On 10 June we had the pleasure of teaching an outdoor class in the Quinta de Santa Clara garden, for our students and the guests they chose to bring.
On Thursday the 20th, from 9.30 to 10.30 am, we will do it again, and this time the class will be open to everyone.
If you live in Lisbon, especially in Lumiar, Alta de Lisboa or Santa Clara, or will be nearby that day, come and join an outdoor Yoga class. Just bring a mat or a beach towel and a good mood.
